The damage to the South Entry gate, resulting in it being closed for most of the winter, has now been repaired and we are happy to announce that both the North and South Entry gates are now fully operational.

 

 

 

Based on property owner requests, the Board of Directors has now authorized changes to the gate open-close schedule. To accommodate mail delivery, the gates will be OPEN Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and CLOSED all day Sunday. These system changes were made effective on Wednesday, June 10.

 

 

As a reminder, here are the gate operating instructions and policies:

 

 

*To enter, precede your 4-digit code by pressing the # button, then press each numeric button firmly. You’ll hear a tone and both gates will open slowly.

 

 

*To exit, approach the right lane gate slowly and STOP as the magnetic sensor opens the gate inward toward your vehicle.

 

 

An Owner should provide his personal gate access code to his contractor(s) for home construction and to his real estate agent(s) for property showings.

 

 

An Owner may authorize a change of his personal access code at any time by sending an email or hand-written request to the Association Manager, Kerry Dermody:
