Several new features have been added to the website recently and we hope you will take the opportunity to check them out. We have tried to keep the website informative with the features that you want to see. Our website continues to evolve and we welcome the input of all owners who have ideas on how to improve the website. Please send your thoughts and ideas to webmaster@reservepoa.org and we will do all we can to incorporate them into the website.
New features added in the last 6 months:
• On the Documents page under the Special Documents heading you will find a link to a Plat Map originally provided by the developers. This map displays the general layout of The Reserve with all lots and common areas identified. Use the rotate and zoom features of your browser to get the best look at the document.
• On the Sites of Interest page under the Municipal Information – Archuleta County heading you will find a link to a records search feature on the Archuleta County website. There is also a link to a Search Instructions document that will help you navigate through the search feature of the County website. The information that is displayed during your search is coming from the website that is maintained by Archuleta County. We have no control over this information and it is made available to you as public domain documents from the County.
• A new page titled Property For Sale has been added to the website. This is a new feature that will allow owners to fill out a form and add information relating to their property in The Reserve that is for sale. You will be able to maintain your own listing on our website including contact info for your Real Estate agent and photo’s. Once a listing has been added, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information as your realtor will not have access to change this information. This feature is only available to owners after they have logged on using their assigned ID and password.
• New photos are being added all the time to the Photo Album page. Specifically, we have added an album for the South Entrance that shows the construction progress for the new stonework at the south entrance. Please share any photos that you may have taken within The Reserve.
